Expect a dry and warm day on Thursday under a ridge of high pressure aloft with a surface thermal trough over the Columbia Basin. Above normal temperatures will continue with Thursday`s highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s over much of Northcentral Washington with plenty of sunshine. This may be one of the last uncomfortably warm days of the summer before a more progressive and normal September weather pattern develops over the region.
